This weekend, my mom, sister, and I participated in an Alzheimer's benefit walk. My pappy is afflicted with this disease, so it was something very close to our hearts.
Our small team raised over $500 dollars for the Alzheimer's Association. We were thrilled with our small contribution.
It was such an honor to wear Pappy's name and walk in support of him. With a disease that makes you feel so helpless, it was nice to feel like we were doing something beneficial.
