Hi, Everyone! I'm a day late on this post, but I'm putting it up anyway. I'm having trouble with Blogger again. . . does anyone else have constant issues with Blogger? It is seriously so frustrating. My blog is missing a lot of elements, and I'm still trying to figure out how to fix that. I have no idea how it happened in the first place.
Anyway . . .
Yesterday, I turned 14 weeks pregnant with this baby! Time seems to be going too fast. Here I am today:
One big change that I've noticed this week is that my appetite is really coming back. YAY! Until now, I was struggling to eat 3 meals a day, wasn't feeling hungry hardly ever, and even when I was hungry I would take 3 bites and be done. I think we've finally turned that corner. Things that I was especially hungry for this week included eggs, peanut butter, and beans (not together). I wouldn't say I was craving them, but that's what sounded best. Looks like I was needing protein.
Before I even knew for sure I was pregnant, I started having super vivid dreams. I had these when I was pregnant with Brianna, too, but not to the extent that I've had them this time. Some mornings, I don't feel rested at all because I've dreamt so much throughout the night. Many of my dreams are tragic and end with me lying in a pool of blood. Of course, when I wake up, I am lying in a pool of sweat due to the intensity of the dream. For example, I'll dream that I've been in a car accident and am lying in the street in a pool of blood, or that I've been in a tornado, or that I've lost the baby. I've dreamt that I've had a miscarriage probably about 10 times. NOT FUN. Several times, the dreams have been so real that I've seriously had to think about whether or not they actually happened after I've awakened.
My energy levels are still on the rise, but my oily skin and hair seems to be getting worse. This week, my skin has also been very broken out. According to old wives tale, this means I'm having a boy. We hope to find out in about 2 weeks :-).
I've not felt nauseous much at all this week, and I only had one headache! The one time I felt really nauseous was at the same time that I had the headache, and I had been out in the heat (probably way too much, although I was careful to stay hydrated). I think my body was telling me that I had overdone it a little.
I hope you all are having a great day!

I've heard the second pregnancy does go by faster!
Cute as ever. I broke out more with Hunter, but who knows if it was because he was a boy. : )
