Sibling Love

All too often they argue.

Sometimes, they even fight.

Lots of bickering can be heard.

And, occasionally a push or shove will cause a scream.

I wonder if I'm getting through,

If I'm teaching them to love.

I wonder if they'll ever get along.

And learn to share and cooperate.

But then, I look over,

And see this:

And I think, hey, it's going to be ok.

Precious moments

Etched in my memory.

Forever to be cherished.
