Hey, Santa!

Every year since we've been at our school, the PTO has hosted a 'Santa Pics' fundraiser. The first few years, Brianna was in the pic by herself because she was the only child of ours that was a student at the school. Two years ago and last year, the PTO offered Santa pics in the evenings so students who had siblings not at the school could have a photo of all the siblings together if they wanted.

Both years I thought this was a great idea . . . it's close to home and very cost effective compared to trucking all the way to the mall and spending waaaay too much on those Santa pics. However, both years I was really disappointed in the photo. Can you blame me?!?

The 2017 pic with "creepy Santa"

The 2018 pic where Santa is a floating head

All of that to say, when I signed my kiddos up for the Santa pics this year, I wasn't too hopeful that it would be a decent photo. Imagine my surprise when this came home to me:

I love it! It may be my favorite Santa pic my crew has ever taken! Not only was the backdrop gorgeous and my children posed well by the photographer, but they're all looking, smiling, and have their eyes open! Whoooo-hoooo!

I'm in complete denial that this might be a sign that my kids are growing up! *grin*
