Twinbie Love

It's hard to think that Brooke and Brecklyn are turning THREE years old in just a few short days. Three years ago, we never could have imagined how much joy they would bring to our lives. I think some people view having twins like some sort of curse . . . like we drew the short straw and got stuck with twins. For us though? Having twins has been incredible. It's been three full years of twinbie blessings!

To help celebrate their third year of life we've been privileged to enjoy, I put together photos of our favorite, ordinary, and extraordinary twinbie moments!

It's been a year of twinbie smiles,

a year of twinbie discovery,

a year of twinbie dress-up,

a year of twinbie hand-holding,

a year of twinbie helping,

(helping build an obstacle course)

(helping clean the garage)

(helping undress themselves)

(helping unload the dryer)

(helping Daddy buy a car)

a year of learning,

a year of twinbie milestones,

(sleeping in toddler beds)

(dressing themselves)

(sitting without boosters at the table)

(potty training)

(having their own Christmas tree in their room)

a year of finding mischief,

a year of pampering,

a year of twinbie play,

a year of serious twinbie moments,

a year of sharing twinbie secrets,

a year of twinbie silliness,

and, a year of sweet, sweet twinbie snuggles!

What a beautiful year it's been with our twinbies! Happy 3rd birthday, Brooke and Brecklyn! You are loved more than words can say!

Gah! I cannot believe they are 3!!! I’m a little behind you cause my littlest babe doesn’t turn 3 until November. But WOW!
And I get what you are saying about people thinking twins are a curse...I guess, for me, I think it is scary. Like the entire first 3 years, actually. Especially with only ever doing one baby at a time. But you have made it look so easy, which I know it was not. But Kudos to you! I think God knows who can handle multiples and blesses them! Lol.
