Congrats, Abby!

It's hard to believe, but our niece, Abby, graduated from high school in May! She was a graduate of Owasso High School - which is HUGE - and graduated with over 1000 people in her class. Because of this, space was limited at the graduation ceremony, and we weren't able to attend.

However, a few weeks after graduation, her parents threw a graduation party for her and we were able to attend that! The party was at the Rogers County Cherokee Association, which is not far from our house. It was on a Sunday evening, so we went straight from worship services to the party, and had plenty of time to celebrate with them.

Abby is in boy scouts and very recently earned her Eagle Scout. Her big project for her Eagle Scout was building a marbles course at the Cherokee center. Marbles is a traditionally Cherokee game, so building the course was something the Cherokee center wanted and was also a nod to Abby's native American heritage.

It was a beautiful evening, and I couldn't resist snapping a photo (or two) of my four!

Brooke was so excited for Abby . . . YAY for graduation!

We are happy for Abby and her accomplishments! It was a lovely evening celebrating a special girl!
